I'm 32, from Guwahati, Assam. who is looking for a partner who is attached to Indian culture. I'm currently working in Essen, Germany on a long term work permit. Previously, I was based in London. Living abroad for many years now have developed a sense of urgency in me towards my creed. I love being an Indian, and I would like someone who likes and takes pride in being an Indian too.

Professionally, I'm a Business Consultant with Infosys Consulting and have been so for the past 9 years since I began my career. As for my hobbies - I enjoy hiking and staying in touch with nature, and also enjoy working out and talking about interesting social and political topics.

Due to my work, I might be required to move places quite frequently - and personally, I don't plan to put an end to this at least for the next 3-5 years. And so, I'm looking for a partner who can accomodate changing places with me - unless, there are other, better arrangements we can both make for... more ourselves. My mother is a homemaker now, but used to run a small shop in my hometown. My father is a retired service person. They both stay in Guwahati. My sister, who is 4 years elder to me, is settled in Bangalore with her husband and her son. We have two flats in Guwahati, and a plot of land in North Guwahati.

My values are liberal to a great extent but not entirely.
